HEAD COACH GIRLS VARSITY GOLF
Biography:
Coach Walker started Teaching and Coaching in 1995. He's coached multiple sports including Football, Wrestling, Track, and Golf (both boys and girls). Coach Walker was the Head Wrestling Coach at Summerville High School from 1997-2008 wining 7 state championships. He went on to become the Head football coach at Ashley Ridge High School from 2010-2020 winning two region titles and making the lower state finals. Coach Walker also started the boys golf team at Ashley Ridge when it was open from 2008-2010 winning a region title in 2010. He then came to Fort Dorchester in 2020 becoming the Head boy's golf coach and also assumed head coaching responsibilities for the girls in 2024. Boys were able to win region title in 2024 and have been state qualifiers for the last three seasons. During the girls' season of 2024 he coaches an all-state individual player.
