FDHS Facility Usage Requests
In order to request use of FDHS Facilities, all use must be approved by a Dorchester District 2 committee. Please be sure to complete required documents and sent to the following along with your certificate of insurance for review and consideration

- All requests including any athletic spaces such as gyms or athletic fields
- Karen Edwards kedwards@dorchester2.k12.sc.us
- All requests which do not include any athletic spaces
